A great summer time event with London independent coffee roaster

Alcohol & Coffee 2025 - Summer

A great pop-up event we did with a coffee roaster on 11th July 2025, combining coffee & alcohol for a perfect Saturday evening. Unexpectedly every of our guest fell in love with three cocktails last week with @sofu.coffee .
Here’s what went down (and went down smooth):

Drink 1: Some kind of magical coffee and alcohol blend I can’t pronoun, but fill balanced with citrus juice, berry and coffee. This is the special June/ July signature drink from Sofu, so make sure you grab it before it runs out!

Drink 2: Gin, lime, rosemary — basically summer in a glass. Fresh, zesty, dangerously easy to drink.

Drink 3: Sake + sakura flower. Yes, there’s literally a blossom floating in it. Tastes like poetry with our partner sake: DS sake. If you’re interested to bring some sake home, here’s the chance by dm us through insta @easternsips
