Do I need any license to organise an event?

If you’re planning to organise an event with alcohol drinks, you will required a Temporarily Event Notice from the council. All our managers hold personal license, which means that we will handle all crucial needed licenses.

How long should I give notice to you guys for upcoming events?

We recommended a notice from you 30-days before your event. This gives you a flexible time to discuss your idea with us and we can handle all crucial needs such as event materials, production, licensing, hospitality staffs hiring and etc.

Should we always pay for all alcohol drinks?

No. We have various of selection such as open bar (full free bar for guest collection, client pre-paid for an amount of limited drinks), semi-open (Only reception drinks included, guest should pay their drink upon the bar) and paid bar (guests should pay all drinks in the event). T&C may apply.
